Getting Started
Follow these steps to connect your account, join a challenge, and keep your runs synced. Each challenge has its own rules document you can view on the Challenges page.
On the home page, tap Connect Strava and approve access. This links your runs to the challenge platform so your activities can be verified automatically. Make sure you grant activity read permission when Strava asks.
Open the Challenges page to see every active challenge. Tap Request to join on the one you want. An admin reviews each request, so your status will show as Pending until it is approved.
Record your runs on Strava with GPS tracking. Once approved, open My Stats and use Sync to pull your latest activities. If your Strava connection ever expires, just reconnect from the home page.
My Stats shows your synced runs, points, and progress against the challenge requirements. Each activity shows whether it was counted and why, so you always know where you stand.
The Leaderboard ranks approved athletes for each challenge. Switch between challenges to compare standings and see award categories as they are announced.
Detailed rules are specific to each challenge. Open the Challenges page and tap View challenge rules (PDF) on any challenge that has one.
Tip: If your runs are not appearing, confirm your Strava account is connected and that your join request has been approved. Then use Sync on the My Stats page to refresh.
